Choosing the right shampoo and conditioner can make all the difference. This is a part of Step One in my book. I love AtOne with Nature Botanical Hydrating shampoo and conditioner because of how these products make my hair feel. If you decide to practice oiling, then Renpure's Tea Tree & Rosemary shampoo and conditioner are must haves in order to wash the excess oil out of your hair. At first, the minty smell was a bit too strong for me, so I would follow my Renpure shampoo and conditioner with a softly scented shampoo and conditioner like OGX's Argan oil.
